Spa Policies​

We are happy to welcome and serve all who visit us for treatment or relaxation.  A holistic approach to health and wellness involves a combination of physical, emotional, and mental care and we are pleased that you chose to incorporate our services into your routine.  In order to maintain a relaxed and serene ambiance at the spa, we ask you to please comply with our spa policies.

Appointments

For first-time appointments, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete a short client intake form. A specific amount of time is reserved for each service, therefore, late arrival may result in reduced service time. You may book online or call us, and we will be happy to book your service(s) for you. A major credit card is required to reserve your service with us, and 50% of the service cost will be charged at the time of scheduling.  Please book your appointment with the name on your valid government-issued ID.  You will be asked to show your identification at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

The time scheduled for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance by phone or online.  Persons who cancel less than 24 hours in advance or who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.  No Refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Unforeseen circumstances will be taken into consideration and the cancellation fee may be applied to an alternative service or appointment. Due to recent changes in Square's processing policy, refunds will be issued less the processing fee. We appreciate your patronage and ask that you please take our time into consideration. 

Requirements

At Hibiscus Holistic Spa, we use the Angel Of Water colonic machine. This is an 'open' colonic system and it is designed so that the client inserts the disposable rectal nozzle for their comfort and safety. Detailed explanations and demonstrations are given to each person by the therapist, then privacy is allowed for the insertion.  Please be aware that if you are unable to insert the nozzle and decide not to receive the treatment you will forfeit the full cost of the service.

Restrictions

Colonic treatments are offered to persons between the ages of 18 years and 70 years old. Anyone outside of this age range seeking this service must show written permission from a medical practitioner in advance. Please be advised that no additional individuals or children are allowed in the spa during your appointment.  One adult may be allowed to accompany you for the purpose of interpretation or to assist you with the insertion of the colonic nozzle.  No video recording is allowed without permission.

All services and gift certificates must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.
